You'll also learn diaphragmatic breathing techniques, helping to restore aged fascia and improve overall flexibility.
Next, your limbs will be guided through a series of dynamic, relaxing stretches. Imagine yoga, but without the need to contract your muscles; instead, you’ll let go of tension as we guide your body into each stretch, allowing you to focus entirely on your breathing.
