ABOUT YOUR SESSIONS


Inpeak provides physio-led exercise sessions designed to improve movement, strength, stability and overall function. Sessions may include:


• Spiral stabilisation


• Resistance band training


• Strength training


• Mobility and stretching


• Core stability


• Breathing techniques


• Group sessions


• Online sessions


These sessions are exercise-based and educational in nature.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY


Physical training involves effort and carries natural risk. Possible effects may include:


• Muscle soreness


• Joint irritation


• Temporary fatigue


• Dizziness


• Aggravation of existing conditions


By signing below, you confirm:


• You are fit to participate in exercise.


• You will work within your own limits.


• You will inform your trainer of any pain, discomfort, or medical changes.


• You understand that results vary between individuals.

GROUP & ONLINE SESSIONS


For group or online sessions:


• Exercises are demonstrated generally.


• You are responsible for adapting intensity to your own ability.


• You must stop immediately if you feel unwell or experience unusual pain

PAYMENT & 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY


• Invoices are payable within 7 days.


• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.


• Missed sessions are non-refundable.


• Packages are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
