Many students find that period pain makes it harder to concentrate, attend lectures, and enjoy university life. This study explores a simple, natural fascia-based technique that may help reduce discomfort and improve daily wellbeing.

Why This Study Matters?

You’ll learn more about how your body’s fascia system connects to menstrual comfort — and you’ll be helping researchers test a new, non-drug approach to managing period pain.

  • Attend one 90-minute on-campus workshop (assessment + guided training).

  • Follow a simple home programme using a fascia tool and short video tutorials.

  • Practise for 10 minutes, 3× per week, over two menstrual cycles.

  • Complete short, anonymous symptom-tracking forms.
